During the trial known as the Notebooks case, only one witness testified in a hearing that lasted less than an hour. The Court had summoned witnesses related to the management and collection of national public works during the Kirchner era.

According to La Nación, both the defense and the prosecution waived four other testimonies that had initially been requested for this session, which took place at the beginning of the debate, resulting in an express session.
