Opposition Calls for High-Level Probes into Recruitment Irregularities
The YSRCP and BJP are demanding investigations into alleged irregularities in recruitment processes in Andhra Pradesh and Udupi district.

The YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) has requested a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into irregularities associated with the Mega DSC-2025 recruitment process. Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy, a party leader, has accused the police of repression and has called for the resignation of Human Resources Development Minister Nara Lokesh due to alleged lapses in recruitment.
In related developments, the BJP is demanding a high-level investigation into alleged financial misappropriations within Sanjeevini Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in Udupi district. District Mahila Morcha president Sandhya Ramesh stated that instances of fund misappropriation have been identified in at least three SHGs over the last two days.
The Mega DSC-2025 examination aimed to fill 16,347 teaching positions and attracted over 3.36 lakh applicants, marking a significant recruitment effort in the education sector.
