Grândola Logistics Park progresses with green light in 2027
The Grândola Logistics Park project, involving a €40 million investment, will move forward after receiving environmental approvals.

The future Grândola Logistics Park received a favorable conditional Environmental Impact Declaration (DIA), allowing the construction of the planned infrastructure to proceed in 2027.
This project requires a direct investment of €40 million, and the stakeholders expect to start construction "immediately" after obtaining the necessary approvals.
However, the project faces challenges as new water extraction points have been identified as an obstacle, although they are already addressed in the project's design.

The promoter of the Logistics Park indicated that the project is "ready to advance," and the favorable conditional DIA was received earlier this month.
The construction is now contingent upon the implementation of necessary measures to ensure proper management of water resources.
