42 families take legal action against new flight path to Brussels Airport

They claim that the route produces noise levels of up to 85 decibels per aircraft, severely impairing their quality of life.

The civic collective demands a solution for the problems caused by the route. They have indicated that without an adequate remedy, they may consider moving. The families want their concerns to be taken seriously by the government.

The affected families have filed their lawsuit to draw attention to the frequency of aircraft passing over their residential area. They state that a plane flies overhead every two to three minutes, which has disrupted their living environment.
